Exe Equestrian Club held their Halloween Pleasure Ride over Woodbury Common today (30 October) by kind permission of Clinton Devon Estates and kindly sponsored by Huish Horse Boxes. We were very lucky with the weather and it stayed dry.
Over 50 riders followed a planned and marked route over 10 miles, supported by our Committee and Volunteers who manned 6 checkpoints along the way, followed by a lovely Bacon Buttie and Tea/Coffee made by Lou Pring.
It was great to see so many dressed up in Halloween costumes and congratulations to Nelly, Eliza and Xanthe who won the best Children's costume, a voucher donated by Mole Valley Farmers and Jenny Giel who won the best Adult costume, a cream tea voucher donated by Oak Barn Coffee Lounge.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and thank you for supporting the club, we look forward to seeing you all again soon.
