The rain held off for our first novice show of the season which was a great success with 174 entries to our showing classes, dog show and Obedience Test. Thank you to everyone to came to support us and we hope that you enjoyed the day. We would also like to thank you to our Sponsors Hidden Oak Equine & Country and to Nigel and Paula Lee for the use of the field.
Following a 2 year break due to covid and with a new committee we had one ring of in-hand classes and one ring of Ridden classes and for the first time, we accepted on-line entries through our Website, which made it much easier for us to plan, although we will tweak the system for the next show to streamline the process further. We also had an Obedience Test and our Fun Dog Show, which was great fun.
Thank you to our judges and volunteers, Tricia and Rachel, Thomasina and Kevin. Our Volunteers Lucy and Jamie for car parking and Obedience Test, Sheila for helping at our Membership Table, Laura for doing such a sterling job on entries and helping to set up the dog agility course, and Lesley, Margaret and Becki for running our fun dog show in Collette's absence, Jane's mum for helping on entries and of course to our Committee for their hard work in pulling the show together and making it a great success.
